As of 2006 ASBA has approximately 60 members which include

·         Australian companies operating in or trading with Spain

·         Spanish companies operating in or trading with Australia

·         Australian business persons, professionals and executives, resident in Spain

·         Spanish business persons, professionals and executives who have worked in or had
      business dealings with Australia

·         Third country national residing in Spain with business involving Australia and Spain

·         University Students interested in studying in Australia.

ASBA holds in each location bi monthly informal meetings. These meetings usually take the form of a luncheon, dinner or cocktail party. A social outing is also programmed during the course of the year.

A forum to meet regularly on an informal basis is something that is considered of vital importance for those interested in promoting the mutual interests of trade, commerce and investment between Australia & Spain. ASBA provides this forum for ongoing contact and Membership interaction.ASBA’s Honorary President is the Australian Ambassador to Spain. Since formation in 1992 ASBA has had the Honour of having as President.
